Algunas propuestas de reforma del Código Civil como consecuencia del nuevo modelo de discapacidad

In this article, the author analyses the impact of the Proposal of the Spanish Law Commission aiming at adapting the Spanish Civil Code to the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Dealing with the different parts of the Spanish Civil Code, the paper is dedicated mainly to the aspects that affect the inheritance law, contract law and tort law. The author also draws attention to the importance of the Proposal and the need to modify other provisions in different laws
