The conventional modification of liability in the proposal to modernise the Civil Code

The De Conflictu Legum group is organising a new session of the Series of seminars on the Proposal to modernise the Spanish Civil Code, this time with Professor of the University of Santiago de Compostela Julia Ammerman Yebra as rapporteur, who will address the topic ‘The conventional modification of liability in the Proposal of modernisation of the Civil Code’.

The event will take place in person in the Faculty of Law's staff room in Santiago de Compostela on 19 February at 5 p.m. and will be broadcast simultaneously via Teams. After Professor Ammerman's presentation, there will be a round of questions and comments from participants.
