[Nota de seminario] Las funciones de la causa - Antonio Manuel Morales Moreno

On January 23 of 2024, the seminar “The functions of the cause” was held, with Professor Antonio Manuel Morales Moreno as speaker, and in which Chilean professors Iñigo de la Maza Gazmuri (Universidad Diego Portales) and Álvaro Vidal Olivares (Universidad Catóilica de Valparaíso) participated as in-person commentators.

The event was held in a hybrid way, and had a large crowd of attendees both in person and online (via teams), more than 140 people attended in the latter (including students, lawyers and professors) who had the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers.

The organization of this activity is part of the cycle of seminars on modernization of contract law of the research group "De conflictu legum" within the framework of the project "The unavoidable modernization of the law of obligations and contracts of the Spanish Civil Code".
