The research group De Conflictu Legum is organising a new instalment of the series of seminars on the proposed modernisation of the Spanish Civil Code, this time with professors Mª del Carmen Gete-Alonso y Calera and Gloria Ortega Puente, both from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, who will address the topic ‘Compliance with obligations in the 2023 modernisation proposal’, highlighting the main developments in this area. Their presentations will be introduced and moderated by Professor Judith Solé Resina, from the same university.

 

The event will take place in person, both in the Boardroom of the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and in the Staff Room of the Faculty of Law of Santiago de Compostela, on 18 March at 12:00 noon, and will be broadcast in parallel via Teams.

 

After the presentation, both speakers will participate in a round of questions and comments with the participants.
