Presentation to undergraduate law students on medical liability in German contract law

On September 20, the PHD student at the University of Osnabrück, Lena Esser, gave a talk to law degree students at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, with the occasion of her visit to the university for the Erasmus mobility.

The objective of the presentation was to explain relevant aspects of German contract law in relation to medical liability, which is the subject of the speaker's thesis project. Likewise, the activity sought to encourage students to participate in international mobility activities to develop new skills.
