On 6 July 2026, the Faculty of Law at the University of Santiago de Compostela will host the seminar ‘Five Years of Law 8/2021: progress, weaknesses, challenges and proposals for improving the system supporting the exercise of legal capacity by people with disabilities’, which will feature a retrospective study of how this revolutionary legislation has been implemented in some of the areas it affects.
The seminar will be held both in person and online, so we encourage all interested parties to register and attend. During the event, there will be opportunities for participants to contribute, so that they can share their views on the topics discussed and ask questions of the speakers.
