Seminar "Mujeres y Covid" on the ocassion of March 8th

To celebrate International Women's Day, De Conflictu Legum research group and Carmona Movement for feminization of private law organise, next March 8th at 5:00 p.m., the seminar «Mujeres y Covid». On this occasion, current issues relate to the Covid-19 pandemic will be addressed from a gender perspective. In addition, the eighth anniversary of the death of one of the co-founders of the Carmona Movement, Rosario Valpuesta, will be commemorated.

This meeting aims to be the first of a series of seminars to promote a relaxed discussion on all those issues affecting the development of women´s lives and relationships, taking into account the answers offered by the legal system.

After presenting each issue (ten minutes approximately), a debate will be opened among the attendees (another ten minutes). Finally, after having addressed all the proposed issues, a rapporteur, in this occasion Judith Solé i Resina, will present the conclusions of the seminar, which may also be debated.
