The De Conflictu Legum group is organising a new instalment of its seminar series on the proposed modernisation of the Spanish Civil Code. This session will be led by Professor Álvaro Bueno Biot, Assistant Professor of Civil Law at the University of Valencia, and will take place on Monday 18 May 2026 at 5.00 pm.
The speaker will address the topic “Challenges arising in contracts for the supply of digital content and services”, and will be joined in the discussion by Professor Nathalie Picod, from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitol, and Professor Ricardo Pazos Castro, from the Pontifical University of Comillas in Madrid – ICADE.
