María Paz García delivers the inaugural lecture at the Opening Ceremony of the Basque Academy of Law

On November 20, the headquarters of the Notarial College of the Basque Country hosted the traditional Opening Ceremony of the Academic Year of the Basque Academy of Law (AVD-ZEA). The table was led by Andrés Urrutia, President of the Academy, accompanied by Maite Barruetabeña, Deputy Minister of Public Employment of the Basque Government; Iñaki Subijana, President of the High Court of Justice of the Basque Country; and Ángel Nanclares, Dean of the Basque notaries.

In this context, Professor María Paz García, Professor of Civil Law at the University of Santiago de Compostela and researcher at the Conflictu Legum group, delivered the inaugural lecture of this prestigious event.
