Professor Julia Ammerman Yebra took part in the 5th International Symposium of Early-Stage Researchers in Private Law
On September 5th, Professor and group member Julia Ammerman Yebra took part in the 5th International Symposium of Early-Stage Researchers in Private Law, held at the Arriaga Auditorium of the University of the Basque Country, right in the heart of Bilbao. The conference, masterfully organized by Professors Sandra Castellanos, Borja del Campo, and Laura Sancho, brought together around fifty professors who, over the course of two days, debated on consumers, vulnerability, and current issues in contract law.
Professor Ammerman’s presentation was entitled “Limitation of Liability Clauses: An Analysis Based on the Revised Proposal for the Modernization of the Civil Code”, research that forms part of the De Conflictu Legum group project “The Overdue Modernization of the Law of Obligations and Contracts in the Spanish Civil Code.”
