Geelke Wemjes
Research Assistant at the University of Osnabrück
Geelke Wemjes is a Research Assistant at the Chair of Professor Dr. Christoph Busch, Maître en Droit, at the University of Osnabrück. She is currently working on her PhD thesis in the field of European Private Law. Her doctoral research focus on the regulation of online search engines under the Digital Services Act.
In addition to her research activities, she is involved in teaching Law of obligations at the University of Osnabrück. During her research stay at the University of Santiago de Compostela, she is contributing to the academic activities of the institution by delivering lectures on the Law of Obligations. Her teaching focuses on the principles of contract law, thereby fostering the exchange of academic perspectives between German and Spanish legal scholarship.
