Algunas consideraciones sobre las normas de obligaciones y contratos de la propuesta de Código mercantil

This paper discusses the out-of-time, unscientific and unconstitutional character of the Proposal of the new Commercial Code 2013, which is also contrary to the uniform trends followed in Comparative Law. Specifically, the author criticizes the inclusion of two Books devoted respectively to commercial obligations in general and commercial contracts in particular. Further, she adds some considerations about the poor technical quality of the content of both books and also about the whimsical nature of the topics included in the proposed Commercial Code.
