Vicios e virtudes da regulación galega en materia de liquidación sucesoria e algunha proposta "de lege ferenda"

In this paper we will analyse the inheritance liquidation system of the Spanish Civil Code, which is applicable in Galicia, as well as two figures of Galician regulation that have implications in inheritance liquidation. A comparative study between the other Autonomous Communities with legislative powers in civil matters is also carried out. Our analysis suggests there is a need for the Galician Civil Law to be reformed.
