Interview with María Paz García and Julia Ammerman on Law and gender perspective

The professor of Civil law of the USC María Paz García Rubio and the Doctor of law Julia Ammerman appeared on the program A Revista of the TVG on May 2, 2021, Mother's Day. In this area, they have used to portrayal some of the problems still in force in civil law in relation to the lack of a gender perspective in the creation of standards and, above all, in their interpretation.
Among other issues, during the interview, they addressed the issue of women and their action in justice as a result of their status as "mother alone", the most common type of single-parent family, or the functioning of maternity and paternity leave, in particular the use and acceptance of the latter.
