José Núñez, member of De conflictu legum research group, defends his doctoral thesis

On 17 July 2025, Jose Núñez, member of the De conflictu legum research group, defended his thesis entitled ‘Choice of court agreements incorporated into bills of lading: formal and material validity and third-party effect', directed by Professor Maseda Rodríguez, member of the same group.

The examining board was composed of Professor Álvarez González, Professor Magallón Elosegui and Professor Requejo Isidro. The event took place as planned and concluded with the awarding of cum laude to the doctoral student.
