Seminar GRERCA "Health crisis and civil liability"

The Groupe de Recherche Européen sur la Responsabilité Civile el l'Assurance (GRERCA), of the Université de Rennes, in collaboration with the research group De Conflictu Legum, from the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, and ICADE, from the Universidad Potificia Comillas de Madrid, will be holding the event "Health crisis and civil liability" at the Faculty of Law of the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela on 21 and 22 April 2023. It will also have the support of the Department of Presidency, Justice and Sports of the Xunta de Galicia.
The seminar, directed by Professor Javier Lete and coordinated by Professor Ricardo Pazos, will host researchers from a large number of European and American countries.
On 24 and 25 April, a second seminar will be held at Comillas Pontifical University, organised and financed by the same university research groups.
